Steps are given below-
Prepare Your Printer:
You must ensure that all protective coverings are removed and the printer is mounted correctly and linked before commencing the primary procedure. Follow the steps if your printer is not ready yet:
Dismantle, inspect and remove any protective materials outside the printer.
Push a power button to the printer through the power wire and turn on the printer.
Pull it away from the paper tray or place the paper stack between two plastic sliders.
You must connect your computer to scanning from my hp printer to my computer, and then install cartridges and required software once you have switched your printer on. Finally, you may scan your photographs or documents from them. Take carefully the below instructions.
Cartridge Installation:
The initial task is to check or manually install installed cartridges. It’s pretty straightforward to install cartridges. You only need to put it in the correct ports. But, first, read the handbook for the user and find the holder of the cartridge for your printer.
Unpack your packing cartridge
Remove from the cartridges the plastic tap.
Keep the cartridges in line with the printer.
Place the black cartridge in the cartouche holder to the right.
In the left-hand cartridge holder, place the tri-colored cartridge.
Close the printer door to the ink cartridge.
Connect Printer to The Computer:
The WiFi or USB system enables you to connect to your PC. First, go to Settings, and press the WiFi Icon if your printer version supports WiFi. Next, select the wireless system and follow the on-screen instructions. Nevertheless, you need to connect your printer directly to your computer through a USB cable if your printer does not support WiFi or WiFi access is not accessible. Connect the USB-A to your computer and connect the USB-B to the printer.
Install The Hp Smart App:
Set up your printer with HP software. Open the software on your computer if it is already installed.
Put the file on the glass scanner, face down. File down. Ensure that the paper’s edges contact its sides with the arrows.
Choose the wrench logo on the software. This is the “Configuration” button.
Select the file type you scan (i.e., picture or document).
Hit “Picture scanner” or “Document scanner.”
Wait for the scanner to complete. Next, you will be asked by the HP software where your document is to be stored. Choose a computer location and click “OK.”
